Information we collect. When you submit a gemstone enquiry, we may receive your name, company name, business email, WhatsApp number, country, selected gemstone, cut, shape, drilling preference, project notes and the name of any reference file you select. This page currently opens WhatsApp with the enquiry details you provide. Selecting a reference image does not upload that file; you may need to attach it separately in WhatsApp.

How we use information. We use enquiry details to respond to you, clarify specifications, discuss availability and pricing, and follow up on your request. We do not ask you to submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information through this page.

Sharing and third parties. When you choose to continue through WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. This page also loads gemstone images from an external image host, which may receive standard technical request information. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention and security. Enquiry details may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to handle information responsibly, but internet transmission and third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and contact. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry details, subject to applicable legal obligations. Email pr2@mail.com. Do not send confidential or sensitive information in an enquiry.

Enquiries, not confirmed orders. Submitting this form or opening WhatsApp is a request for information only. Images and gemstone characteristics. Images and colour labels are illustrative and may differ from actual gemstones because of lighting, display settings, photography, natural variation and image sourcing. Exact colour, dimensions, weight, clarity, treatment, origin, certification and availability must be confirmed with us before purchase. We make no promise that a sample image represents a currently available individual stone.

Customization. Cutting, shaping and drilling requests are subject to technical feasibility, stone characteristics, availability and final confirmation. Custom work may affect the stone’s dimensions, weight, appearance, durability, price and completion time. Do not proceed based solely on a visual preview.

Pricing, payment, shipping and returns. No prices or delivery promises are made on this page. Any price, taxes, shipping charges, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, returns/refunds and delivery estimates will be communicated and agreed before an order is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order items may have specific terms, which will be disclosed before purchase.

Customer submissions. You are responsible for ensuring that any reference image or design you share is lawful to use and does not infringe another person’s rights. Please do not send unlawful, confidential or sensitive material.

Availability and liability. We may update this page, examples and options without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this page is provided for enquiry purposes and we are not responsible for decisions made solely from illustrative images or incomplete specifications. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
